This statement should indicate why you think this entry is worthy of consideration based upon the following:

The Museum Awards are presented to museums housing significant, interesting and informative historical/genealogical data, artifacts or collections; and/or are offering public educational programs, tours, demonstrations, etc., with regard to the State of North Carolina. "Works-in-Progress" are eligible for consideration.

This statement should illustrate why museum works are regarded as special or significant; and, it should indicate what value can be derived from said works. This documentation may be in any form, i.e. video, report, photographs, slides, etc. Reference letters may be included.

After judging, the entrant will be notified no later than 1 September with regard to the status of the entry. All winners will be informed as to the time and location of our annual awards banquet at which time all awards are presented. If you have any questions, please write to the Society address below:
